Final project animatics

Piblokto is my Year 3 Final Project, a 6-minute short film that focuses on the life of a girl named Yang and her responsibility to her world. Yang battles with mental illness and strives to regain control, ultimately emerging stronger. The aim of this project was to enhance our storytelling abilities and add depth to the narrative by utilizing a combination of 2D and 3D animation to convey information.

For Piblokto, I developed storyboards and created trailer cut animatics accompanied by original music. Additionally, I experimented with various animation styles for visualization in specific shots.

This project was made with two other collaborators.
